First we measure

No changes without a baseline. Core Web Vitals, conversion data and behaviour on the pages where money changes hands - not the homepage, but product pages, cart and checkout. The measurement tells us where it hurts most and where the lift is biggest.

Then we fix what costs the most

Oversized images, JavaScript blocking content, layouts that jump, flows with unnecessary steps. Fixes are prioritised by impact - the biggest leak first - so every hour of work shows up in the numbers.

And prove the lift

After every round we measure again: same pages, same numbers, before and after. You don't get a report full of tech talk - you get two numbers side by side and the difference in revenue.
