About the project
Synodic Support is where players get help with every Synodic game - reporting a player, appealing a ban, flagging a bug or asking about a purchase.
Players sign in with their Roblox account, so there is no new password and we never see their Roblox login. Every reply from the team lands in the same dashboard.
